Collection Inkerman Reserve
The wine is dark red with purple reflections. Mature flavour with rich tones of sour cherry, blackberry and sweet cherry, beautifully emphasized by ageing in the oak cask. Rich velvet taste with hints of wild berries and a tender long-lasting after-taste. The wine is ideal for duck breasts in berry sauce and delicate foie gras. Recommended for serving at a temperature of 15-17 °C.
